Long Service Awards

At the recent and very enjoyable company barbecue Chairman, Mike Higgins, was delighted to present awards to three members of staff who have each worked for the company for over 25 years.



First up to receive his gift and certificate was Stephen Uttridge, who has been on the commercial side of the business throughout his tenure and is now Commercial Director. Stephen is well known and respected throughout the potato industry.



Next up was Mrs Christine Smith, who has been the first point of contact with the company to many visitors as our Receptionist/Telephonist. Incredibly, after all this time Christine is reducing her commitments to a more part-time role.



Last, but not least, was Michael Leather, a stalwart of the potato storage department and office parties of bygone years.



As well as a certificate, all three received a watch to mark the occasion and as a thank you from the company for their efforts over such a long period.
